Action Taken

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:

  • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.

  • Notify the user who posted the material.

  • Take appropriate measures against repeat infringers, which may include account suspension or termination.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification that includes:

  1. Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and its location before removal.

  2. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled due to mistake or misidentification.

  3. Your contact information, including name, address, telephone number, and email address.

  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in your area (or where our service is located) and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice.

  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed content unless the original complainant files a court action within 10 business days.
